Snow Day (Portal Secret Santa 2013 gift)

So I volunteered to pinch hit for the Portal Secret Santa exchange on tumblr (so I made a gift for someone who didn't get one). This was for tumblr user tardisabovearbys, who wanted something with either Caroline, Chelley, babies AU, or Caroline in snow stuff. So I combined those things. XD

Man, I need to do a big art again. I've just been doing these little scribbles lately...
